Drive the team to meet and exceed secondary market sales targets.

Foster long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.

Keep up-to-date with trends, pricing, and regulatory changes in Dubai's real estate market to support strategic decision-making.

Team Mentorship:
Support agents through regular coaching, training, and development to improve overall performance.

Lead Management:
Source, manage, and convert leads to maximize business opportunities and revenue.

Strategic Reporting:
Collaborate with senior management and provide performance and market feedback consistently.
Requirements:
At least
2 years of experience
in Dubai's real estate market, with a strong focus on secondary sales.
Demonstrated success in team leadership and target achievement.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people-management skills.
Self-driven, results-focused, and team-oriented.
