Job Description

Team Leadership & Performance



Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of secondary market agents. Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and motivate the team. Implement effective sales strategies and ensure adherence to company policies.

Sales Operations



Oversee property listings, price evaluations, and comparative market analyses (CMA). Ensure agents maintain updated listings on CRM and property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.). Handle negotiations and finalize deals for high-value resale properties. Manage buyer-seller relationships and resolve transaction-related issues.

Market Knowledge & Business Development



Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's resale trends, communities, and property values. Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and property owners. Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase resale transactions. Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and promotional activities for resale listings.

Reporting & Compliance



Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review. Ensure all deals comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations. Oversee documentation, contracts, and payments with accuracy and transparency.
