Collaborate with marketing and primary sales teams to generate leads.
Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
Lead and mentor sales teams to improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and secondary sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
