The Secondary Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the secondary real estate sales team, overseeing property resale transactions, building strong client networks, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong market knowledge, leadership capability, and relationship-building skills within the UAE real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Lead and manage the secondary (resale) property sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Oversee property listings, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Recruit, train, and mentor secondary sales agents to ensure high performance.
Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations.
Provide coaching and guidance to ensure agents follow company processes and RERA regulations.
Motivate the team to maintain high standards of customer service.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain a strong network of referral partners, channel agents, and brokers.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor UAE real estate market trends, competitor activity, and pricing movements.
Prepare regular reports for management on market performance and opportunities.
Advise clients and team members based on updated market insights.
5. Process & Compliance
Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and UAE regulatory requirements.
Oversee documentation, forms, and contracts related to property transactions.
Work with marketing and admin teams to ensure accurate listings and promotional materials.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 4-6 years of UAE real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role in secondary sales.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA regulations.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid UAE driving license.
RERA certification (preferred).
