JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Authorized to do routine work
2. Familiarity with the industry
3. Responsible to perform the movement of shipment based on Incoterms like DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE by AIR, LAND & SEA with full logistics support into Iraq and other countries.
4. Responsible in Pricing to check & negotiate the cost from 3rd party suppliers.
5. Responding to client inquiries and prepared all the cost to quote the Client.
6. Provide updates to client for the Shipment movement from Origin to Final destination.
7. Coordinating from Shipper, Transportation, Airlines, Shipping line, and 3rd party agent and to destination agent until delivery site and update the client accordingly.
8. Coordinating from transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
9. Reviewing purchase orders and check, fixing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
10. Preparing bills and invoices for all the services of the shipment.
11. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
