Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in logistics and freight forwarding. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's operational and strategic goals. A deep understanding of roles within the logistics and freight forwarding industry is essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding roles. Develop job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with department managers. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and staffing agencies. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases. Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future workforce needs. Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visa requirements, and internal company policies. Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for management review. Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for logistics and freight forwarding positions. Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and professional networking activities. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years specializing in logistics and freight forwarding roles. Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and supply chain operations. Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Professional demeanor, negotiation skills, and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processing procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
