Salary: AED 4,000

We are hiring a

Scrap Management & Recycling Supervisor

for our project site. The role requires daily site visits and full responsibility for scrap management, sales, and recycling operations. The ideal candidate will ensure proper handling, tracking, and disposal of scrap materials while finding buyers and maximizing scrap value for the project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and control daily scrap and recycling activities at the project site Find scrap buyers and recyclers, obtain multiple price quotations, compare prices, and submit offers to management Fully responsible for selling scrap materials and obtaining the best possible prices for the project Plan and monitor sorting, segregation, handling, storage, and disposal of scrap materials Manage scrap materials including Cable reels (wooden and metal), Metal scrap (steel, copper, etc.) Wooden reels, pallets, drums, and packing materials. Control scrap inventory (incoming, outgoing, and balance stock) on a daily basis Maintain daily scrap stock records and logs, and submit reports to management Supervise the loading, weighing, and dispatch of scrap after approval Ensure no scrap is removed without permission Maintain safe, clean, and well-organized scrap storage areas in line with site and HSE requirements

Requirements

Must have valid UAE driving License Good communication in English (speaking & writing) Previous experience in scrap management, site supervision, or recycling operations Knowledge of scrap materials and scrap buyers market Strong record-keeping and reporting skills Ability to work on-site daily and coordinate with project teams Honest, reliable, and organized
