- Is primarily a role of building positive relationships amongst staff, students, and families: assisting, advising, supporting, directing and problem solving. While this role also includes areas requiring direct oversight and decisive decision making in the management of the sub-school, the overall focus remains on positive collaborative interaction with members of the school community. In addition, this role needs to work collaboratively within the School Executives (Principal, Vice Principals, Head of Primary, Secondary, Kindergarten School, Head of Culture and Identity, Head of Wellbeing, Head of Operations and all other Middle Leadership Team members) to support and assist with the daily management of the school.
- A minimum of a Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience with an additional of at least 3 years of school/s management & leadership experience.
- A minimum IELTS score of 6 or its equivalency for English medium subjects.
- Having a good command of the Arabic language is desirable.
- Having prior experience of managing and leading schools in the UAE is preferred.
