A management trainer specializes in planning, coordinating and developing training programs for management and executive personnel.
A management trainer must be an analyst. The trainer must have excellent written and oral communication skills and project development skills, and if the opportunity arises, have the ability to instruct and communicate with organizational personnel regarding training needs for management. Computer skills are very important in this position.
You must have at least 2 year experience in teaching management & leadership course in any university or Institutions.
Required Skills
A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or a PhD from a recognized university
Practical work experience of 3+ years in a major or multinational organization
Presentation skills along with training experience
PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)
Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)
Solid experience in providing training in a variety of soft skills related topics is a must.
