Can lead the further development of the school in collaboration with the school board, staff, students and parents. Can set the agenda and create job satisfaction and well-being among the school staff. Is open and visible with clear opinions and would like to be a school inspector in an active local area. Puts the student first in its school management and has high ambitions for all students. Can see the value in interdisciplinary collaboration in schools on development and solving tasks. Actively want to further develop the collaboration between school and preschool. Prioritizes student well-being. Will be ready to develop the learning environment.

Job Requirements

Have a teaching qualification or have similar education, preferably with a postgraduate qualification. Has interest in and experience with both pedagogical and administrative tasks and personnel management. Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing the overview. Can help create a shared sense of responsibility for students and parents. Is visionary and action-oriented. Have good knowledge of the Public Education Act and regulations. Is familiar with collective bargaining agreements for teachers and other employees.
