Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with
UAE Labour Law
and
Ministry of Education (MoE)
requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Handle staff visas, renewals, and benefits in coordination with the PRO.
Provide HR support and guidance to school staff and leadership.
Support payroll preparation and performance management processes.
Assist in policy implementation, staff welfare, and grievance handling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of HR experience in a UAE school
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Candidates currently based in
Ajman/Sharjah
are preferred.
