Hr Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on labor relations, payroll, and compliance with UAE labor laws, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor law.
  • Process payroll, monitor attendance records, and manage leave balances.
  • Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and system databases.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
  • Assist with employee performance reviews, promotions, and contract renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
