We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on labor relations, payroll, and compliance with UAE labor laws, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in line with labor law.
Process payroll, monitor attendance records, and manage leave balances.
Coordinate with PRO for visa processing, renewals, and labor documentation.
Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and system databases.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
Assist with employee performance reviews, promotions, and contract renewals.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and management.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa procedures, and payroll processes.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS systems.
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
