Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle daily cash collections from students/parents (fees, uniforms, activities, etc.). Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash records. Reconcile daily collections and deposit amounts in the bank. Assist the accounts department with fee tracking and reporting. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. Support parents and staff with payment-related queries.

Requirements:



Minimum

2-3 years of cashier/accounting experience

, preferably in a school or educational institution. Strong knowledge of cash handling, reconciliation, and basic accounting. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting/ERP software is an advantage. Attention to detail, accuracy, and honesty. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
