• At least five years\xe2\x80\x99 Senior Leadership experience in a school, including a Head of School/Principal or at Deputy level.
• MA in Education or similar.
• Evidence of having participated in Continuing Professional Development.
• Experience of successfully leading schools through accreditations.
• Experience with the International Baccalaureate framework and British National Curriculum.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience of working in the MENA region and in large international schools.
• Experience of developing a vision, strategy and organisational plans.
