Responsibility: Financial Manager - School Director - Deputy Director - Quality Representative Responsible for: School Finance Accounts.
Description: Member of an administrative body has the ability to regulate all transactions, financial reporting and payroll accurately and completely confidential.
Objective of the job:
Organizing all financial transactions and dealing in strict confidentiality with all the information contained in the section
Essential functions:
1. Print the receipt of the receipt of fees and school fees
2. Follow up the collection of tuition fees from parents.
3. Preparation of financial forms for each student in the school.
4. Receipt and delivery of any financial resources under the Receipts.
5. Follow up the general inventory at school.
6. Providing the amounts received and checks to banks with the work of deposit .
7. Prepare and approve monthly payrolls from the school principal.
8. Organize and document all files and data of the department.
9. Prepare all necessary data to approve the annual budget.
10. Receipt of amounts for activities and registration through the bonds of arrest.
11. Carry out any other work / actions determined by the Administration.
12. Follow-up to the bank's monthly disclosure and settlement.
13. Follow-up checks for companies (clients / guardians).
14. Good and professional ethics with all employees in the school.
15. Follow-up of the returned checks and take appropriate action to resolve them.
16. Follow-up monthly purchases and allocation of funds.
17. Responding to parental inquiries regarding school fees.
18. Registration of certificates for students until completion of tuition fees.
19. Adoption of parents' letters relating to school fees.
20. Follow-up of the certificates of exchange and arrest.
21. Follow-up payment of school bills (water, electricity, telephones, internet, etc.).
22. Follow-up payment of installments for the school building.
23. Follow up payment of premiums for all companies contracted with them.
24. Follow-up files contracts and companies - follow-up offers offered prices.
25. Follow-up of canteen accounts.
26. Preserving all documents of the school (bonds of arrest - bonds of exchange - checks ... etc.).
27. Commitment to apply quality system.

Salary: From AED3,500.00 per month
