Job Description

The job will consist in achieving sales performances assigned and supervise marketing and communication promotion in order to achieve the objectives, defined by the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager.

The purpose of the job is to supervise from end to end the enrolment process and promote the entire product offer at Country and international level and support the achievement of the the recruitment results of the Dubai School, maximizing them in full respect of legal rules and brand guidelines.

Key purpose of the role

Business Development - Under the coordination of the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager to supervise the business development strategy and operations in GCC, MENA, Russia and CIS with the purpose of attracting students to the Dubai school, focusing on direct acquisition, K12, university partnerships, events delivery. To supervise and be responsible for the conversion rate with regards to information, orientation, and business development activities, setting up a structured FAQ and SLA linked to business goals with the aim to improve the "commercial" side of the process. Implement strategies co-decided at Group Level and suggest country-specific activities to mitigate "no show" and any other risks that could affect results. To be always updated regarding competitor activities in the local market in order to give effective, circumstantial and timely feedback to the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager about the market, trends competitors, potential new customers and pricing direction. To support the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager in developing enrolment strategy for the direct and retail channels (digital marketing, events, fairs, open days, webinars) aiming to achieve and constantly increase targets in terms of customer satisfaction and enrolments.

Communication, Marketing & Events - To apply Istituto Marangoni guidelines while delivering events and presentations. To guarantee the marketing materials presence and update as sales support through correct planning of timing in coordination with Headquarters. To be responsible - under the coordination of the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager - for each event at school and coordinate cross department both with Dubai school and Headquarters (communication department, digital marketing department, sales department, careers and alumni department). In charge of analyzing and maximizing attendance at events, supporting with invitations and preparing detailed reports for each event highlighting ROI and suggesting improvement. To provide monthly report to Istituto Marangoni Dubai School director and weekly updates to IMD Recruitment and admission manager regarding events, recruitment activities, budget expenses and ROI evaluation of previous activities done.

Admission & Recruitment - To supervise the multi-step process of enquiries of the students (information-orientation admission/enrolment) with clear objectives in terms of KPI and SLA and to achieve specific target in terms of business development mainly over the assigned area, strictly follow the guidelines coming from Student Recruitment & Admission Manager and at the same time complying with CAA standards and regulations as per IM Dubai guidelines. To work closely with the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager and Headquarters sales department in order to provide the correct replies to agencies and the students, and with other departments of the Dubai School in particular with the Finance department regarding admission supervision. To support te Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager in developing enrolment strategy for the direct and retail channels (digital marketing, events, fairs, open days, webinar) aiming to achieve and constantly increase targets in terms of customer satisfaction and enrolments. To supervise, along with the Student Recruitment & Admissions Manager, the marketing budget of the School (MEC), with monthly supervision and feedback to the manager. To constantly inform and update Local sales network at least with periodical calls with key and topic Partner. To supervise agency performances and maintain a good and constructive relationship with them to guarantee performance and results. To ensure the department keeps a high standard of regulatory compliance at all time. To contribute to direct acquisition through meeting with students, and pipeline nurturing and management.

Education & Professional Skills

Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics / Marketing & Communication;

Proficiency in English

Organised, independent and proactive

Russian & Arabic language knowledge are a strong plus

Min. 2 years in the role;

Experience in Higher Education Sector or Luxury is a plus;

Results oriented, team player, good interpersonal skills
