Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counselling to support students' emotional, social, and behavioural development. Work closely with teachers, parents, and leadership to identify and address student needs. Develop and deliver well-being and life-skills programmes across the school. Support safeguarding and child protection procedures in line with school policy. Contribute to the school's positive and caring ethos.
Qualifications & Experience:
A bachelor's degree in the field of psychology, psychiatry, social service, sociology or a related field.
Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to child safeguarding and promoting well-being.We Offer:
