Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Scaffolding Supervisor

to oversee scaffolding operations across multiple projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in scaffolding systems, excellent leadership skills, and a solid understanding of UAE safety regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

Supervise scaffolding teams during erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction projects. Ensure all scaffolding activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards. Conduct site assessments to determine scaffolding requirements and provide guidance on safe load capacities and structural integrity. Inspect scaffolding materials, platforms, tubes, fittings, and boards to verify proper quality and condition before use. Coordinate daily work tasks, manpower allocation, and material distribution to meet project timelines. Perform routine inspections of erected scaffolding to ensure compliance with safety standards and correct any unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, handover certificates, and scaffolding tags. Work closely with site engineers, HSE teams, and contractors to ensure safe access solutions for all trades. Provide training and guidance to scaffolders on correct erection techniques and safety practices.

Requirements:

Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining. Minimum

5 years of experience

as a Scaffolding Supervisor in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems such as Cuplock, Ringlock, Tube & Fitting, and H-frame systems. Certification in

Scaffolding Supervision / CISRS / OSHA / NEBOSH

or other relevant qualifications is preferred. Ability to interpret scaffolding layouts, load calculations, and technical drawings. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Proven commitment to safety and adherence to UAE regulatory standards. Ability to manage teams effectively and work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
