Job Opening: CISRS Certified Scaffolding Supervisor (Male) - IHCC UAE

A leading

multinational company (IHCC)

is urgently hiring a

CISRS Certified Scaffolding Supervisor

to join its UAE operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safety Oversight

Conduct regular safety inspections of scaffolding structures. Ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies. Provide safety training and strictly enforce protocols on-site.

Scaffolding Planning and Design

Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop safe and efficient scaffolding layouts. Ensure structural integrity, load capacity, and compliance with project requirements.

Supervision of Installation & Dismantling

Lead the scaffolding erection and dismantling process in accordance with CISRS standards. Ensure correct assembly and adherence to all safety guidelines.

Quality Control

Inspect all scaffolding components for damage or wear. Take prompt action to resolve any quality or safety concerns.

Coordination with Other Trades

Coordinate scaffolding operations with other construction disciplines. Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow.

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and maintenance. Prepare comprehensive safety and project compliance reports.

Problem Solving

Quickly identify and resolve operational issues on site. Provide guidance and leadership to scaffolders to overcome technical challenges.

Team Management

Supervise and mentor the scaffolding team. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.

Client Communication

Liaise with clients to understand needs and resolve issues. Provide regular updates on progress and compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance scaffolding operations and efficiency. Stay current with industry developments and integrate best practices.
