Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified

Scaffolding Supervisor

to oversee and manage scaffolding activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all scaffolding work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams and daily work activities on-site. Inspect and ensure the safety and stability of scaffolding structures. Read and interpret scaffold drawings and design plans. Ensure proper erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds as per the requirements. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, usage, and workforce deployment. Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks with scaffolding crews. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Liaise with site engineers, HSE officers, and other supervisors for work planning. Identify and report any hazards, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in scaffolding is preferred.

Minimum 3 years

and above of experience in scaffolding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Must hold a valid

Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate

(e.g., CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety standards, and best practices. Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and load calculations. Good communication and leadership skills. Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and high-altitude environments. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in large-scale construction projects. Familiarity with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Multi-language ability (especially English, Hindi, Arabic) is an advantage.
