Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified

Scaffolding Supervisor

with solid experience in the construction field to oversee all scaffolding operations at site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all scaffolding works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities at the project site. Ensure all scaffolding is erected, modified, and dismantled safely as per approved procedures and standards. Conduct inspections before use and after completion to ensure safety compliance. Assign work to scaffolders and monitor their performance. Maintain proper records of scaffolding materials and daily work progress. Liaise with safety officers, engineers, and site supervisors for smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil / Mechanical / Construction field. Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Scaffolding Supervisor in construction projects. Valid

Scaffolding Supervisor or Inspector Certification

(CITB, CISRS, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
