Job Description

A scaffolding supervisor oversees the safe erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding and working platforms, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of scaffolders, providing training, assigning tasks, and ensuring their work meets high standards. Enforce all safety regulations and standards, conduct regular inspections of scaffolding and equipment, and address any safety concerns to prevent accidents. Plan scaffolding projects to meet project needs, forecast material requirements, and coordinate scaffolding activities with other trades and departments. Perform daily inspections of scaffolding structures, equipment, and components for defects, wear, or damage. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, safety audits, and other relevant documentation related to scaffolding activities. Clearly communicate with team members, project managers, clients, and other construction teams to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Oversee the loading, unloading, assembly, and dismantling of scaffolding materials and equipment, ensuring they are suitable for use.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong technical understanding of different scaffolding systems and construction procedures. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and regulations. Excellent written and spoken communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and resources effectively. Ability to identify issues and provide solutions under pressure.

Salary Package:

A monthly salary of AED 2200. A shared accommodation. Transportation. Overtime.
