Job Title: Scaffolding Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, direct, and motivate a team of scaffolding laborers and advanced tradespeople. Plan daily and weekly work schedules, allocate manpower and equipment effectively. Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scaffolding design plans to determine requirements. Oversee the erection, alteration, and dismantling of complex scaffolding structures (tube & fitting, system scaffolds, mobile towers, suspended systems). Ensure the correct selection and use of materials and components. Manage on-site scaffolding logistics, including delivery, storage, and inventory control. Act as the on-site subject matter expert for all scaffolding safety matters. Ensure 100% compliance with company safety policies, OSHA/Health & Safety Executive (HSE) regulations, and local legislation. Conduct and document daily Toolbox Talks, pre-task briefings, and hazard analyses (e.g., JSA, AHA). Perform frequent and rigorous inspections of scaffolding using statutory checklists (e.g., SCIA/SCGR), tag systems (Green/Red/Yellow), and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately. Investigate and report any incidents, near misses, or safety violations. Champion a "Safety First" culture among the scaffolding team.

Requirements:

Diploma holder Minimum 10+ years of experience in scaffolding in high-rise buildings projects in the UAE
