Job Description
Qualifications:
At least
3 years of experience
as a scaffolding supervisor. Strong knowledge in scaffolding practices and safety standards & regulations. Must be willing to work inAl Ain area.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all scaffolding work complies with safety regulations, industry standards, and specific site requirements. This includes conducting inspections and certifying structures and implementing risk assessments. Supervise and manage the scaffolding team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and all personnel follow safety protocols. Plan and coordinate the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems according to project schedules. Manage scaffolding material inventory, coordinate deliveries, and oversee material removal to ensure efficient and safe operations. Prepare detailed reports on resource allocation, costs, productivity, quality, and safety performance. Liaise with other departments, project managers, and clients to ensure scaffolding work is integrated with overall project plans and to avoid rework. Assist in developing scaffolding work plans and may participate in preparing contract-related documents.
