10 hours/day, 6 days/weekJob Responsibilities:
Supervise scaffolding activities at site in compliance with ADNOC standards and safety regulations. Ensure proper erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Inspect scaffolding to ensure stability, strength, and safety. Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers for daily work schedules and inspections. Maintain scaffolding logs, reports, and daily activity records. Train and guide scaffolding crew on safe work practices and procedures. Ensure use of appropriate materials and equipment according to project specifications. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings regularly.
Requirements:
Experience:
2-3 years in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with ADNOC project experience.Certification:
Must hold a valid Scaffolding Supervisor certification (CITB/CISRS or equivalent preferred).Knowledge:
Strong understanding of scaffolding standards (BS/EN/OSHA) and HSE requirements.Education:
Technical diploma or equivalent; trade certifications in scaffolding supervision are a plus.Preferred:
Experience with ADNOC or similar Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.Job Type: Full-time
