We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to supervise and manage all scaffolding activities at the site. The role involves overseeing scaffold erection/dismantling, ensuring safety compliance, and guiding scaffolders to complete tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise scaffolding teams during erection, modification, and dismantling
Ensure all scaffolds meet safety standards and inspection requirements
Allocate tasks and monitor daily progress
Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers
Maintain records of scaffolding materials and work complete
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of scaffolding experience
Foreman-level supervision experience
Valid scaffolding certification (preferred)
Strong knowledge of safety regulations
