Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (preferred).
Valid scaffolding certification.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Scaffolding Foreman in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling procedures.
Familiarity with project standards, safety requirements, and industry practices.

Ability to guide and motivate scaffold crews effectively.
Good technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and materials.
