Experienced scaffolding supervisor with over 10 years of expertise in overseeing scaffolding operations on construction sites in the UAE. Responsible for ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency of scaffolding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities on construction sites.
Ensure scaffolding is erected, maintained, and dismantled safely and according to project specifications and safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures for safety and stability.
Manage scaffolding team, assign tasks, and ensure proper training and safety protocols.
Liaise with project managers, safety officers, and other construction personnel.
Maintain documentation related to scaffolding inspections and safety compliance.
Address and resolve any scaffolding-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in scaffolding supervision in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
