Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities on site. Ensure scaffolding works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and safety standards. Lead and manage scaffolders, ensuring productivity and quality of work. Conduct daily inspections of scaffolding structures and ensure tagging systems are maintained. Enforce HSE regulations and ensure safe working practices at all times. Coordinate with construction, HSE, and engineering teams to support site requirements. Report progress, manpower status, and issues to site management. Ensure proper use and maintenance of scaffolding materials and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum
2-3 years of relevant UAE experience
as a Scaffolding Foreman. Experience working onoil & gas, refinery, or large industrial projects
(preferred). Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety standards, and inspection procedures. Ability to read and understand drawings and method statements. Good leadership and communication skills. Valid scaffolding certification (preferred). Physically fit and safety-conscious.Interview & Mobilization:
