Scada Operaor (tunnel Operations)
Job Description
Operate and monitor tunnel and traffic management systems 24/7 to ensure safe and efficient network performance.
Detect, manage, and respond to traffic incidents, congestion, emergencies, and major events in line with SLAs and SOPs.
Coordinate with key stakeholders (MOI, HMC, Drainage, Baladiya, contractors) during incidents, works, and events.
Use systems such as SCATS, SCADA, ATMS, and Genetec to manage congestion, recover performance, and support operations.
Implement and maintain traffic management plans, diversions, DMS messaging, and emergency response procedures.
Report incidents, faults, and performance issues, and contribute to daily, monthly, and major incident reports.
Identify opportunities for operational improvement and stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, and internal operational standards.
Bring at least 2 years of relevant traffic or tunnel control room experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively in English (Arabic desirable), work well in multicultural teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
