Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems Consultant Duration: 3 months Experience 8-10yrs Location: Onsite in Qatar

: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems (LMS) Consultant with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team for a 3-month project based in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in consulting for SuccessFactors LMS modules and be capable of designing and building learning solutions tailored to specific requirements within the LMS framework. Responsibilities: Provide expert consulting for SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems modules. Design and/or build learning solutions to meet specific requirements within the LMS. Integrate LMS with Backend/ECC modules ensuring seamless functionality. Experience with VLS integrations and People Analytics. Familiarity with Cloud Identity services-IAS for effective system management. Upload and conduct testing of courses on iContent and other content management systems. Utilize Plateau Reporting for comprehensive data analysis and reporting. Configuration experience with SF LMS, including connectors and provisioning. Translate business requirements into system configurations effectively. Develop functional business integration requirements. Create and configure Excel documents for successful import into LMS. Migration experience within SF LMS platform. Configure Provisioning and LMS settings to integrate Plateau with BizX. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS consulting. Proficiency in XML or HTML is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proven track record of successfully implementing LMS solutions. Prior experience working in Qatar or the Gulf region is preferred.
