Job Title SAP Organization Change Management
Description
SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead required to lead and/or participates in the organizational change and learning portions of large-scale SAP engagements involving technology change, process change, organizational change, and business transformation. They will have direct accountability for the scope, quality, and financials of the OCM portion of the project, provides hands-on leadership and direction and lead and/or deliver client business transformation services related to the SAP initiative such as organization design, executive alignment, value-driven transformation, value realization, business case development, and performance measurement.
It is a hands-on consulting delivery role to provide the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation.
Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various SAP OCM work streams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design, and culture transformation. The SAP OCM consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.
