SAP Release Manager who, in partnership with the SAP Programme Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the delivery of the solution(s) to the overall programme and release timeframes.

\xc2\xb7 Manage the scope, cost, and the schedule.

\xc2\xb7 Has an overall view of all SAP workstreams etc.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for leading Accenture SAP team(s).

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring PMO has the appropriate governance structure in place.

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring all areas have appropriate and achievable plans in place with timelines can be met.

\xc2\xb7 Ensures risks and issues are effectively mitigated and/or resolved.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for reporting and escalating issues to Client Business Stakeholders where Programme/Project timeline/ Quality etc. may be impacted.

\xc2\xb7 Manage Client Stakeholder requirements and scope effectively, and expectations as per schedule and plan.

Minimum of 10-12 years professional experience

• Minimum of 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SAP

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SAP Finance and/or SAP Supply Chain

Experience working with a large consulting company OR in the Energy Industry

Experience with: SAP Transformations, Pre-sales activities and sales pursuits, leading large implementation teams, working directly with C-Level Executive Staff

Experience with S/4 HANA implementation project environment

End to End Delivery Lead experience in SAP \xe2\x80\x93 from Scoping, Analysis, Design, Build, Test and Deploy

Experience leading large teams (30+ Team Members) both Onshore and Offshore

Apply both business and functional knowledge and develop strategies with the use of quality processes and methodologies.

Work on solution, strategy, and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.

Provide solutions to complex business problems, which are implemented by the team.

Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for areas of responsibility.

Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

You have strong business acumen and have demonstrated excellent project management skills.

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years\' work experience).
