Job Description
Our client is a prominent well-established conglomerate in UAE, with a legacy of excellence, they continue to expand their presence across the Middle East, shaping the region\'s retail, automotive, and real estate landscapes. From their commitment to innovation, they are implementing an ERP transformation project for their business, and they need a QA and Test Manager with extensive experience in testing transformations and cloud SaaS implementations with integrations to multiple in-house and external systems.

- Development and execution of the QA Strategy in alignment with project objectives.
- Definition of testing methodologies, processes, procedures, and policies based on industry.
- Supervision of the testing team, including providing guidance and support to test analysts.
- Oversight of the implementation of the testing strategy and plan.
- Conducting quality audits, reviews, and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Comprehensive reporting and analysis on achieving quality objectives of the program.
- Manage the test execution cycles and hyper-care monitoring during the post-go-live phase.
- Collaboration with vendors to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during testing.
- Ensuring effective communication and coordination with key stakeholders regarding testing progress and results.
- 12 Years of experience, at least 5 years testing large-scale SAP transformation projects.
- Experience in Stage Gate Compliance.
- At least 1 prior experience in an end-to-end SAP transformation project.
- Fluency in English is a MUST, and Arabic is a PLUS.
- Bachelors in computer science, Software development, IT, or related field
- Quality/Testing training or certifications are a PLUS.
