Onsite / Offshore - QA Test Manager (Manual / Automation) x2

Test Lead / Test Manager (Manual / Automation) x2 positions - Microsoft Applications

Job Function:

We are looking for strong Manual / Automation / QA - Test Managers Who can lead / manage team of test engineers to make sure the delivered software product build is defect free.

Yours main job function is to lead / monitor / oversee the QA activities by performing testing mainly in the following areas: - System Test - Regression Test - System Integration Test - UAT - BAT - Pre-Prod & - Prod Testing

Job Location:

Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad

You need to travel to onsite on needful basis.

Annual Salary:

INR. 10 Lakhs - 22 Lakhs per anum (Depending on Experience)

Onsite Salary: USD $2500 - $3500 per month - Full tax free - Depending on Experience

Desired Experience Level:

5 - 10 Years

Solid 5 Year as Test Manager with preferably Microsoft Technologies Vertical Technologies with (.Net/C#/Sharepoint/ BI/Cloud Azure) Applications Testing (QA environment).

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare test strategy - Prepare test plans for each test phase (System Test / System Integration Test/Regression Test/UAT/BAT) - Prepare test approach & test coverage documents and oversee and track test execution - Develop and manage test plan to deliver all agreed activities - Deliver status reports and ensure proactive identification of risks and issues - Track spend and ensure it is aligned to budget - Support the test team in the creation of test assets of test phases, relevant project documentation such as BRDs, ADDs, JIRA and supplier documents - Regression testing and test automation - Manage and co-ordinate the test execution activities - Coordinate raising, resolution, release and re-test defects identified - Ensure that the test team will work closely with 3rd parties to review their test activities - Excellent stakeholder engagement and management - Clear verbal, written and presentation communication skills - Monitor / Report - Test progress to Client project manager / development head

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Power Point) SQL Strong T-SQL procedures / Testing in Microsoft Environments/ SSMS Environment Basic Unix SQL Server Oracle DB2

Certifications:

Any Testing / ISEB / PMP / PRICE2 / any other testing / Technical certifications are added advantage
