Role Summary
The SAP Payroll Solution Expert leads payroll system design, configuration, compliance, and operational excellence across assigned regions. The role works closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable payroll solutions aligned with statutory requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end SAP Payroll solution across multiple countries and payroll cycles
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time evaluation rules
• Ensure statutory, legal, and regulatory payroll compliance across all assigned geographies
• Manage and optimize integrations between SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, Finance, and S-4HANA
• Oversee BIB framework activities including interface monitoring, reconciliation, and data validation
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable payroll solutions
• Lead payroll system enhancements, compliance updates, and regulatory change implementations
• Troubleshoot complex payroll and time management issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support payroll cycles, audits, testing, and go-live readiness for payroll-related projects
• Drive HR digital transformation initiatives by identifying automation and process improvement opportunities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Payroll and Positive Time Management in complex environments
• SAP Certification in SAP HCM, SF ECP, or related payroll modules is mandatory
• Proven experience managing multi-country payroll and statutory requirements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
