This position supports and manages the local IT on one or more sites. The local Site IT and SAP Specialist is responsible for all aspects of the local IT organization, operations, changes, projects (Planning and execution), and improvements. Fully responsible for providing IT solutions to the users with ERP and Non-ERP applications access. The role communicates with impact and provides on-site support to global IT projects. On-premises coordination with the consultants for configuration, customization, preparation of test cases, execution, training, go-live support, and post-go-live hyper care.

Main Tasks:

\xe2\x80\x93 Effectively manage the company master data in ERP (Collection and administration of database; updates and changes of database e.g., inventory status, etc.).

\xe2\x80\x93 Provide IT support in creating content for marketing (e.g., catalogs, websites, etc.).

\xe2\x80\x93 Handle critical issues, and conduct root cause analysis to provide solutions with high efficiency.

\xe2\x80\x93 Controls and checks for the \'errors\' in any database.

\xe2\x80\x93 Conducts initial investigation and provides fix/workarounds for SAP issues, and escalation of incidents raised by key users across all the departments.

\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinates with SAP global team, and supports all SAP-related enhancements and implementations including local training.

\xe2\x80\x93 Providing local support with effective coordination to the global IT infrastructure team.

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for the IT Inventory and Asset Management in the area of responsibility (HW, SW, Contracts, Licenses).

\xe2\x80\x93 Coordinates with IS support for all IT-related changes (like configuration), implementations, and issue-related fixes needed.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure and provide technical IT Support in a timely and professional manner.

\xe2\x80\x93 Interacts as the interface between the local IT organization and group IT Organization.

\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure global standards and policies are being implemented and followed.

\xe2\x80\x93 Interact as local IT Security responsible and ensures IT security guidelines and policies are being implemented and followed.

Job Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for the processes of the Master Data Management in SAP.

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for the technical implementation of the standardized SKUs.

\xe2\x80\x93 Interface with the departments of Marketing and Product Management.

\xe2\x80\x93 Acts as a central helpdesk for all SAP and IT-related concerns.

\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains IMS (Integrated Management System) and follows safety standard procedures.

\xe2\x80\x93 Accountable for the smooth operations of the local IT Infrastructure and Business Applications.

Job Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position.

\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\'s Degree (Computer Science/IT).

\xe2\x80\x93 Technical skills in IT infrastructure. ERP (SAP) and non-ERP applications.

\xe2\x80\x93 SAP S4 Hana extensive knowledge and understanding of manufacturing sector processes.

\xe2\x80\x93 Technical IT background.

\xe2\x80\x93 Strong assertiveness, problem-solving oriented, team player, and project management skills.

\xe2\x80\x93 Effectively manage projects, resources, issues, and risks.

\xe2\x80\x93 Able to work on multiple projects and deliver them as per the agreed timelines.

\xe2\x80\x93 Manage technical IT requirements & support other departments like Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, etc.

\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent English is required, and Arabic is a plus.

\xe2\x80\x93 Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

\xe2\x80\x93 ERP Systems (SAP S4 Hana, IBM Cognos, Oracle).

\xe2\x80\x93 Advantage: Knowledge in PIM (Product Information Management), CAD, Non-ERP applications, SAP Concur, and SAP SuccessFactors.
