Job Description

:

The specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SAP FI+CO modules, providing technical support for finance related issues and resolving incidents. As part of this work, the specialist will be expected to identify business pain points and recurring issues, to propose resolutions, and to implement the approved solutions.

In addition, the specialist will have the opportunity to contribute to the on-going S/4 implementation program. Tasks may include the reviewing of FSDs, the completion of testing tasks, and the reviewing of testing evidence. The consultant may also be asked to contribute to functional design documents for S2P custom objects and enhancements.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide technical support for the SAP FI+CO modules, including troubleshooting and issue resolution for both end-users and technical team members.
  • Work closely with end-users and other stakeholders to understand and address their Finance related needs. This includes providing recommendations to improve the FI+CO process and identifying areas for system optimization.
  • Provide support for SAP FI+CO-related requests, including assistance with user account management, system access, and defects resolution.
  • Work with technical team members to identify and prioritize requests for system enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain SAP Finance applications, including configuration and customization of the applications to meet the needs of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program delivery efforts, including testing, training, and documentation. This includes working with the technical team to ensure that SAP FI+CO modules are properly integrated with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP FI+CO modules. This includes creating functional specification documents and system documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SAP FI+CO modules. This includes attending training sessions and conferences, as well as participating in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE
  • Proven experience in SAP FI+CO deployment projects and template rollout projects, including knowledge of integration points of SAP FI+CO in S/4 HANA systems.
  • Solid practical knowledge of R2R business processes, experience should ideally cover advanced Finance sub-domains, e.g. Treasury, Reporting, or Funds Management.
  • Experience with planning and budgeting, using SAP BPC, would be highly welcome
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP FI+CO technical support and implementation
KEY SKILLS
  • Ability to perform SAP S/4 FI+CO configuration, troubleshooting and customization including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Banking (BA) Asset Accounting (AA), Controlling (CO) and Treasury (TR)
  • Experience in integrating SAP Finance modules with other SAP modules (MM-IM-PM-SD.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, configuration, and customization.
  • Experience SAP Access Management, configuring Fiori / GUI security and access controls.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels as well as with consultants/ system integrators
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher, preferably in information science, engineering or other technical/ scientific disciplines
