We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.
YOUR TASKS & REQUIREMENTS
To manage all types of accounting and to comply with UAE commercial law, VAT, CIT, and to process seamlessly in SAP FI
Support Statutory accounting and reporting
Support cash flow forecasts and productivity planning
Compliance Support: ensuring compliance with local laws, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations
Support in Costs Controlling: identifying efficiencies and opportunities for effective cost management across the business
Support in Financial strategy: developing financial strategy including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting
Supporting in Reporting and analysis: providing reporting and analysis to guide decision making.
Participate in the project meetings, risk analysis meetings and all decision-making processes concerning financial or contractual aspects of the business.
YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS:
Business and accounting education
Advance knowledge of MS excel
Previous experience in similar position
Attention to detail - when writing e-mails, quotations, Excel calculations, and when filing document
Entrepreneurial skills- being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organization.
Very good English (written and spoken) is required, other foreign languages are of great advantage
Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking"
Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to influence and instill confidence in those inside and outside of the finance department.
Ability to organize and prioritize in order to be effective
