Job Summary:

We are seeking a finance-savvy Inhouse SAP FI/CO Consultant to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for finance professionals with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes who have transitioned into SAP consulting. You will play a key role in optimizing financial operations through SAP FI/CO, supporting international rollouts, and ensuring seamless integration with business functions across the TUV AUSTRIA Group in Asia & Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Systems Optimization: Enhance and support the SAP FI/CO environment to align with evolving financial reporting and compliance needs.

- Global Rollouts: Lead and support SAP FI/CO implementations across international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with local and global financial regulations.

- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements and design SAP solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to expert for finance users, providing guidance on SAP functionalities and best practices.

- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain clear documentation of financial system configurations and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

- Integration Management: Support the integration of SAP FI/CO with procurement, consolidation, and reporting systems (e.g., Tagetik, SAP BW).

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial workflows and enhance reporting capabilities using SAP tools.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, preferably with a background in finance or accounting.

- Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and financial processes.

Experience with financial consolidation tools (e.g., Tagetik) is a plus.

Familiarity with SAP integration technologies (IDoc, OData).

Knowledge of ABAP and S/4HANA is advantageous.

Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a finance-first mindset.

- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between finance and IT.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Certifications:

SAP FI/CO certification preferred. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
