Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Service Management to Support Service Order Processing.
Manage Service Contracts, Service Orders, Quotations, and Billing within the Service Module.
Integrate Service Processes with Logistics, Warranty Management, advance return management and EAM.
Set up and optimize In-House Repair Processes for serialized and non-serialized materials.
Ensure smooth customer interaction workflows, including SAP Fiori apps for service execution.
* Work on pricing, billing, and settlement of service transactions within SAP.
