Conduct needs assessment and gap analysis to identify business requirements and process improvements.
Manage end-to-end SAP Business One implementation projects--including configuration, customization, and integration of the system modules.
Analyze and document business processes, preparing business requirement documents (BRD/SRS).
Deliver user training, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support for SAP B1 users.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and ensure system integrity and functionality.
Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports and queries for business analytics.
Support user acceptance testing, change management, and migration activities, including opening balance preparation and data migration.
Regularly maintain, update, and test system modules to ensure performance and compliance with business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in SAP Business One implementation, support, and business process analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
SAP B1 certification is advantage.
Experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, data migration, and project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
