Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled

SAP Business One Technical & Functional Consultant

to manage, support, and enhance our SAP B1 system in-house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving both

technical

and

functional

issues, developing system enhancements, and ensuring seamless business operations. This role bridges the gap between business users and technology, providing end-to-end SAP support without relying on outsourced vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day

technical and functional support

for SAP Business One. Develop, customize, and troubleshoot

SAP B1 add-ons, queries, reports, and integrations

. Analyze business processes and translate them into

SAP functional requirements

. Coordinate with users to identify system improvements and implement optimized solutions. Manage

data migration, system updates, and performance tuning

. Provide user training, documentation, and continuous support for SAP modules. Collaborate with external vendors when needed for upgrades or complex development tasks. Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of hands-on experience

with

SAP Business One

(technical + functional). Strong knowledge of

SQL, Crystal Reports, and SDK (Software Development Kit)

. Experience in

business process mapping and configuration

within SAP modules such as Finance, Sales, Inventory, and Purchasing. Ability to troubleshoot both

application-level and database-level issues

. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

SAP B1 certification or relevant ERP technical certification. Experience with

integration tools

or

third-party applications

(e.g., APIs, web services). Prior experience in

contracting, trading, or manufacturing industries
