Job Description
As an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant you will lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role requires a unique blend of financial and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of real estate industry processes and reporting requirements.
- Lead full-cycle implementation and support of Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting).
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
- Design and develop metadata, forms, business rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and security roles.
- Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, and REST APIs.
- Automate data loads and ensure reconciliation between source systems and EPM.
- Customise reporting and dashboards using EPM Reports, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS).
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of real estate industry financial processes and reporting.
- Proficiency in EPM Automate, REST API, Data Management, and Calculation Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
