Job Description

:

• Must have experience in installation, configuration, testing, implementing, and documenting various SAP modules
• Strong domain expertise in core SAP B1 modules: Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, MRP/Production, CRM (with B1 HANA experience preferred)
• Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and perform gap analyses to map to SAP B1 modules
• Must have experience in Print Layout Designer, Query reports, Crystal reports and Excel Report and Interactive Analysis
• Must have experience in advanced GL Account Determination, Chart of Accounts
• Database Configuration, Setup, Gathering Master Data, Preparation of master data templates & uploading data by using DTW tool & Import functionality
• Proficient in understanding accounting entries and providing customized balance sheets, Trail balance, P&L and MIS reports
• Proficient in creating Tax codes and Tax types, Tax code determination, Profit Centers, Foreign Currencies, Branch reconciliations, G/L Account creation and Determination, Price list creation and Process mapping
• Knowledge of HANA and SQL Database handling
• Creating UDF, UDT and UDO's as per client requirements
• Writing FMS for data Auto fetching
• Provide user training, create SOPs, and develop comprehensive documentation
• Solid reporting experience with SQL, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA SQL
• Experience in Views, Functions and Stord procedures creation
• Power BI proficiency: data modelling, Power Query, DAX, service deployments
• Extract and transform data from SAP B1 via database connection, APIs, or service layer connectors
• Design and implement interactive, user-friendly dashboards and reports (e.g., financials, inventory, sales, operations)
• Enable features like drill downs, filters, and dynamic visuals for user exploration.
• Partner with Users, SAP B1 functional & Technical teams to ensure data accuracy, contextual accuracy, and perspective
• Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for performance (refresh times, query efficiency)
• Monitor refresh operations, resolve errors, and maintain data integrity
• Participate in strategy discussions on BI enhancements and roadmap initiatives leveraging SAP B1 data.
• Knowledge of advanced BI features like service layer integration, Power Query/Power Automate, dataflows

• 3-5 years of experience in SAP Business one end to end implementation.
• Nice to have SAP B1 Certification
