The Role
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepares, reviews monthly customer statements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor customer payments by recording cash, checks, and online remittances \xe2\x80\xa2 Updates receivables aging by highlighting overdues on weekly basis \xe2\x80\xa2 Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer Clearing and reconciliations \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with commercial team to provide necessary documents for customers\xe2\x80\x99 deductions \xe2\x80\xa2 Timely clearing for customer deductions and ensure no Overdue with more than 30 days. \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE VAT awareness related to the treatment of tax invoice/ credit notes processing \xe2\x80\xa2 Credit notes posting on SAP, as per the policy \xe2\x80\xa2 Cash van sales daily reconciliation and monitoring \xe2\x80\xa2 Other day to day operation depending on the business needs CREDIT MANAGEMENT \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring credit for customers on SAP \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaising with insurance company to maintain insurance coverage for active customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Block inactive customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting credit status on monthly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing presentation and Participation to local credit committee

Requirements

• Multiple years experience in Accounts Receivable \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience: 3 years minimum \xe2\x80\xa2 Commercial experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in SAP and Excel is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 Good English is a must \xe2\x80\xa2 Reporting to controller \xe2\x80\xa2 FMCG and Food preference
