- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
- Assist in executing the timely and accurate closing and consolidation of relevant ledgers and accounts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Reviewing the invoices generated by the operations team on daily basis in different systems and reconciling the credit card payments against the bank statement on daily basis
- Experienced in managing high volume of credit card transactions in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable sub-ledger
