We are a creative company in Dubai that designs advertising displays, brand visuals, and exhibition setups. We are growing quickly and are looking for a Sanding Helper to join our production team. This is a great chance to learn and work in a hands-on role with exciting projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Help sand and smooth surfaces using hand and power tools
Prepare surfaces by removing paint, rough spots, and marks.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning and readying them for painting, staining, or coating.
Work closely with painters, carpenters, and team members to meet project timelines.
Perform touch-ups and ensure a smooth, high-quality final finish.
Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.
Job Qualifications:
Some basic knowledge of sanding and surface prep (or willing to learn)
Ready to learn and grow in a hands-on job
Able to follow instructions and work well in a team
Careful and focused on doing quality work
Physically fit and okay with manual work
