motivated and hardworking Sanding Helper

to support our

production team

. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

surface preparation

,

finishing

, and

painting

.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in

sanding and smoothing

various surfaces using

hand tools

and

power sanders

. Remove

old paint

, rough spots, and imperfections to prep surfaces for finishing. Support the preparation of materials for

painting

,

staining

, and other treatments. Assist

painters

,

carpenters

, and other production staff to ensure timely project completion. Perform basic

touch-ups

and ensure finished work meets

quality standards

. Maintain a

clean

,

safe

, and

organized workspace

at all times. Follow all company

safety protocols

and wear proper

PPE

. Ensure surfaces are prepared for the next stage of finishing.

Qualifications



Basic knowledge

of sanding tools and surface preparation techniques.

Willingness to learn

and grow within the

production/finishing field

. Ability to follow

instructions

and work collaboratively as part of a team. Strong

attention to detail

and commitment to delivering

high-quality work

.

Physically fit

and able to perform labor-intensive tasks.
