We are a rapidly expanding company specializing in Advertising, Branding, and Exhibition Design. We are looking to hire a Sanding Helper to join our production team and assist with the finishing stages of our exciting projects. This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in surface preparation and finishing in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Help with sanding and smoothing surfaces using hand and power tools
Remove paint, rough spots, and imperfections on surfaces to prepare for finishing
Support surface preparation for painting, staining, and coating
Work with painters, carpenters, and other team members to meet deadlines
Perform small touch-ups and ensure a high-quality finish
Keep the work area clean and organized, following safety and hygiene standards
Always follow safety rules and wear protective gear
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of sanding tools and surface preparation techniques
Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on job
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
Attention to detail and focus on quality
Physically fit and able to handle manual work and repetitive tasks
